His voice was a low, menacing whisper, but she detected a hint of a growl, like a predator ready to pounce. She taunted him, her voice husky. "Be rough on me, daddy... I dare you." Her lips trembled with anticipation, and Lorenzo's control snapped. He grasped her neck, his fingers like a vice, and claimed her mouth with a brutal, passionate kiss. The room spun, and Lady Carter melted into his embrace, lost in the inferno of their forbidden desire. Lorenzo's dominance was palpable, his masculine energy suffocating, yet Lady Carter craved more.
