Season 4 Synopsis - Kwaku Anansi: Threads of Destiny In New Haven, Mosi Carter, fully ascended as Kwaku Anansi, discovers the Loom of Threads has begun to fracture, signaling dangers that stretch beyond his city. To protect both street-level civilians and the multiverse, he forms Team Anansi: his sister Asha as Gold Beetle, dimensional teen Derek James / Sideways, the speedster Starr Johnson / Killspeed, and displaced hero Virgil Hawkins / Static Beyond. As New Haven becomes a nexus of temporal and dimensional anomalies, the team faces escalating threats from Eclipso, the Upside-Down Man, and manipulations orchestrated by the mysterious Pariah. Through street-level heroics, cosmic mentorship, and the guidance of the Fuginaut, Team Anansi learns to weave their skills and powers together, confronting collapsing dimensions, villainous plots, and moral challenges. The season culminates with Pariah's revelation as the architect of chaos, setting the stage for a multiverse-spanning Dark Crisis. And when that day comes I will not hesitate to eradicate her." The Scarab fell silent, leaving the teen to think about its warning. Jaime looked to the group of girls and Beast Boy who were on the other side of the room. The light seemed to make her hair look an even darker shade of black, her skin was like that of a porcelain doll, she really was beautiful. When he first met her, he was on mission with Nightwing (Dick Grayson) and Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) when they got a call from Batman about strange occurrences that had been happening. There had been more and more meteor showers going on then there should be, and it was all because of her for some reason, Stella Smarts. She has celestial and cosmic abilities she's unable to control. Since that day, she's become a core member of the team and has become close friends with everyone including Jaime. So having this new warning in the back of his head is troubling him. What did the Scarab mean? "Hey Jaime, what are you doing over there by yourself? Come join us!" Jaime broke out of his trances to see Stella smiling at him. For a split second his heart skipped a beat. "Alright." Putting the Scarabs warning in the back of his mind Jaime joined his friends, but what he didn't know was that the Scarab's warning may be more true then he realizes. Having a mate as a medicine cat is against the warrior code, but falling in love is something out of either cat's control. Between love, the warrior code, and desires: what prevails above all else?
