They have been friends since they could barely talk. Kazuha got sick with a life threatening illness right when they were about to finish middle school. The hospital became Kazuha's home at this point. Scaramouche would always visit him whenever he could. When it was revealed Kazuha was going to die, Scaramouche became determined to help Kazuha complete everything in his bucket list. I could not find the artist for the cover!!
