When did a fresh start turn into a nightmare?

This is a short story I did for English back in grade 11 in 2010.

Tonight will be the beginning of a new disastrous end. The first Purge will in American history will commence, where heavily armed men and women of America will pillage, destroy and murder all in the name of freedom. During the new government sanctioned Purge for that time, ALL crime is legal where all emergency services will be restricted for 12 hours straight. During all the violence and chaos of the purge, American streets will be filled with killers in the street, that are rampaging with weapons, committing abdominal acts against each other, while the innocent that are caught up in the mess must survive.. Joseph, a skilled Marines solider is left homeless after a gang of vicious thugs brutally destroyed his home, and left him to survive the dreadful night alone as they hunt him down seeking for vengeance. Joseph must protect the most vulnerable on the streets of New York, and himself. Murder, kidnapping and illegal human smuggling during the Purge shows the true Evil of mankind as he endures his life changing battle of life or death.

Sorry if there are any mistakes i'm trying to write as fast as possible, anyway here I am,my last few moments I thought it would take longer I mean I thought I was stronger than the others but I guess i'm no different then anyone else.... She's out there and it's my fault I thought it was just ancient legend, a myth A story made just to scare you anything but real I just didn't listen it the told me not tell anyone not to spread it but it was just a dream who would listen take any notice of something there mined supposedly made up besides only like 10 maybe 12 people saw it on my blog. oh god! I can hear her shouting "you told them you told them!" over and over again but if you've seen it, my story that is don't write it down don't send it to anyone just forget about it forget about me I've tried to delete the post but it just comes back just forget please. she's in the room now behind me with a soul crushing smile across her face... good bye all this is my last post for good.
