The leaf village is holding the trouble making delinquents from all the villages ( like the villages hidden mist, clouds, stone, sand, even in the leafs) the hokage a signed Naruto to talk to the trouble makers sense he was a former trouble maker he was sent to watch spy on them. But will there plan work or will being around them make Naruto go back to his trouble making ways? (I do not own Naruto, the photos I use in my story or the characters from Naruto online )
