Red Queen Fan Fic I scream and when I hit the ground, I get dizzy and see everything doubled. I here a muffled voice. My father. Something....you okay....hurt....can you hear me...? I put the butt of my hands on my head trying to refocus my vision. When I do I look up. And in that very moment I look up, I hear a crack. Not a small one; a deafening one. More wood is going to fall. On me. I don't have time or space to run or move out the way. It starts to fall and as soon as I put my hands over my head to shield myself, I feel it.
