There's another speedster in earth one whom the future Barry a.k.a The Flash sent to help this present flash and he also discloses some secrets and his name is Freezy with blue lightning all over him. Yes,he's a blue flash and the same as jay from earth 2. And this story revolves around freezy as he comes to help present flash.
