The Cross family lived at first in the Hidden Mist village but then they moved to the leaf village for a new start. Kai and his children were born without chakra but they were able to summon and turn into wolves and Foxes. Some say she was a prodigy. Childhood friends with Kakashi and his team sometimes she would train with them those were happy times before the bad thing happened. When the twins turned seven something bad happened. Airi (stepmother) went crazy that day and killed everyone including herself but leaving Scarlet alive and traumatized.
