Despite constant pain, emotional setbacks, and the doubts of others, Adam persevered with the support of his parents and a few caring teachers. A turning point came when he met Salma, a fellow sickle cell warrior whose friendship, encouragement, and love inspired him to improve himself academically and emotionally. Through her support, Adam gained confidence and achieved academic success, even as his health challenges continued through university.

Joe and Dianne met on series 16 of strictly come dancing, they fell in love and so many small things had led them together, anyone could see it was fate. Fate that they would both end up in the right places at the right times but sometimes fate runs out... They say your life is like a movie, I was just a shame Dianne's had to end so early. In those final moments her film played out in her mind and this is what she saw...

The sequel to my fanfic 'Fight Song'. Joe and Dianne have been separated by distance with the belief they weren't going to see each other again until the next Internationals, providing they both made it there. Now, Regionals had finished and auditions for the next Nationals competition had begun, with the BDC auditioning every dancer they had who wanted a spot on the team. Hundreds of kids turn up, but to Joe's absolute astonishment, Dianne Buswell walks through the doors.

"You're my home in a person. You're enough." And somehow, it makes me feel like I am.
