I've always wanted to create something that will not be impacted or influenced by anything. Something that is too quiet to even hold. Something shaped from the quiet spaces of my becoming. Similar to roots stretching beneath concealed soil, these verses were written in silence, born from my principles, love, yearning, sorrow, and the silence between who I was and who I can no longer return to. Rooted in Permanence is a quiet collection of poems.
