Od wieków ludzie mawiają, że umysł to piękna rzecz. Dzięki niemu ludzie uczą się i tworzą nowe rzeczy, ulepszając cały otaczający ich świat. Ale co jeśli człowiek utraci władzę nad własnym umysłem? Czy będzie on równie piękny? Czy może jednak zabójczy? Jak może wyglądać życie, kiedy nie wiesz co się wokół ciebie dzieje? Kiedy nawet nie wiesz co dzieje się z tobą samym?
