Verena was only eleven when she got arrested for murdering her brother's best friend. She was sent to a psychiatric hospital for what was only supposed to be six months. Now at fourteen she has been released into her eldest brother's custody to the dismay of most of her brothers. No one knows why she killed her bothers best friend but no one seemed to care. She was labeled as crazed killer and was looked at like a monster. The dark puzzle starts to come together in ways her brothers never expected. But will Verena be consumed by her demons before the dark comes to light?

The story of a man obsessed with power, control and wealth and his schizophrenic wife whom he married for power. One want everything, the other doesn't have anything. Both of the characters are equally fucked in the head. How will they last together? (I'm too lazy to write a proper description so go and read the first chapter. The first and last time I saw her face, as she stared into me, I looked into her eyes. And woke up.
