Wilbur Soot, notorious for being the most dangerous serial killer of the decade, is finally caught after a major fuck up on one of his last killings before "retirement" and thrown into White Gardens Prison on a life sentence. One of the most high security prisons in the country. Johnathan Schlatt, a bank robber who had taken mutiple hostages and killed them in a huge heist, afterwards unexpectedly turning himself in. He said he felt no regret in the murders and enjoyed it. He requested to be put in a prison instead of a mental hospital, where he could possibly be released. He was given a life sentence in White Gardens Prison as well. White Gardens, a high security prison where no one escapes from and the prisoners get privilages as long as they behave. Cigerette privilages, book privlages, good food etc. It holds serial killers, drug dealers, murders, arsonists, and many other sorts of criminals.
