Techno and Dream are reincarnations of their past life, destined to be together just to be destined to die with each other. In their new life, flashbacks and voices are there to either steer them to the way of never ending death like it always have or a breathe of fresh air. It's all up to them to fight against their own destiny.

What happened in 1999 was not good. What I did in 1999. But if anyone outright told me that what I did was bad, their body would never be found. I mean, that is, if anyone managed to find out what I did anyway. I don't know how I got involved with everything I did that year, but at least I wasn't alone. I can't remember who the first to die was, but I do remember what happened after he showed up. So I guess the story will start just before then. Welcome to 1999. (there might be mistakes where i added things that definitely not exist in 1999, sometimes i forget what era i'm in LMAO i'll work it out when/if i edit lol)
