Since I'm a bad story writer I decided to write a poem book cuz I'm good at that. It will be anything and everything so expect nothing and everything.

According to the urban dictionary, Fly Girl means "a girl who knows what she wants and goes for it. she doesnt care what anyone says about it. shes sexy in everyway, and she doesnt take shit from anyone". The dictionary also states that Fly Girl relates to and is synonymous to the following descriptive terms: "bad bitch", "boss chick", "freak-a-leek", "ass bacon", and the one I like most "independent woman". In my teens, I was part of a group of girls in high school fondly called "Smacks" by my longtime kindergarten best friend who sorta led the group. We even had a group calling card with each of our nicknames and phone numbers printed on the card . Since there were two girls named Michelle in our group, I decided to use the name Free Girl back then. I don't know why but this always appealed to me. I felt it was the best way to describe my spirit and attitude. It was the summer of 1987 and I was 16, starting my senior year in high school that year.
