Ashlynn Grace Hartford has always know that she was a lesbian. Only three people know, but that small number is good enough for Ash. She isn't quite ready to come out or pursue a romantic relationship, anyway.
But then, she meets Carlotta, and begins to feel things she's never, ever felt before as they become acquaintances, then friends, and then something completely different.
Even Romeo and Juliet didn't expirience such opposition. They may have to endure discriminatory petitions, attempted hate crimes, and homophobic slurs, not just dimwitted, blundering grudges.
And that's only part of what happens to Ash and Carlotta. The other parts are a little less sad and anger-inducing.
Enjoy :)
No, really. If you don't enjoy yourself reading this, I'll be sad, 'cause I love you guys :D
