Have you ever felt like your carrying your whole life on your own back? Well, I have. My name is Poppy by the way, just for you to be sure. Trust me, you would hate to be me. My dad died last year of an illness called 'Coronary Artery Disease' which yes, killed him. And even worse, Im stuck with my mother who suffers from depression and anxiety, which means she gets nervous a lot, and when i say a lot, I mean a lot.

This book is about me and my story since I could remember.
