Lucy Van Pelt, now a high school-er, has oddly found herself getting used to playing the violin. At first, it was just to mock music, but for some reason, she realised she was actually enjoying it. Being a huge classical music hater as an elementary student, she couldn't have fathomed the thought that she would ever join the music club. The club that an old childhood crush, Schroeder, hosts. With only two days left before school ends, Lucy van pelt makes numerous attempts to finally meet the little blonde-haired boy she has long admired.

Its 1958 and highschool had started, where Lucy Van pelt finds herself having to pass throught her sixteens. But, a new girl's arrival to class might make her plans struggle a bit more than expected.

Hello! I'm just making this fanfic for all you shippers and because IM OBSESSED ABOUT THIS SHIP. You never know how many nights I've been thinking about Schrucy moments and how facts I know about them but I hope you enjoy reading this as much I do while writing it. In 1967, the peanuts gang have entered their sophomore year of high school in the US of America. Lucy van Pelt-a sixteen-year-old girl in the Women's Liberation Movement, has somehow developed feelings for Schroeder Felton again, also a sixteen-year-old and member of the student council and pianist of the school band. After kid years, both have sense of love for freedom as they grow up and realize the horrors of this world. In a time period such as 1967 during high school, they encounter comments and burdens. Other members of the peanuts gang such as Charlie Brown and Peppermint Patty also come across things they didn't know about themselves before. How will they cope? ִֶָ𓂃 ࣪ ִֶָ🦢་༘࿐ Also I love seeing the mad magazine peanuts parodies on tiktok! NEVER STOP DRAWING WOKE SCHRUCY GUYS

For all the years Schroeder's known her, Lucy has always remained the same in his mind: ambitious, witty, fiery, and incomparably smart. Yet, in their senior year of high school, something shifts. The girl who once could never leave his side was drifting away while his heart was finally pulling him towards her. With less than a year left before they leave for college, Schroeder has to navigate the newfound feelings that have arrived considerably late.

Between silent school hallways and songs left unfinished, Lucy loses more than just a boy- she almost lost herself. Years later, she moved on, he is a rising star in the music world. And then without a warning, a familiar melody. A song once played. Their song. When they meet again, older and changed, both wonder: was it really over, or did their story just pause between notes?
