This is a story set in a post-apocalyptic world where a virus has turned people into flesh-eating zombies. The protagonist, Adam, teams up with a group of survivors to find a cure for the virus. Along the way, they face many challenges, including battling hordes of zombies and encountering a mysterious man with unusual abilities. Amidst the chaos, Adam develops a deep connection with one of his teammates, Anna, but their mission to find a cure becomes even more urgent when Anna becomes infected with the virus. The story ends with the team facing a massive zombie army as they make their way to a laboratory in hopes of finding a cure.

Conflict rose and fell when power-holding beings joined the humans on this earth. In modern times most of the hatred had thinned or erased but for some it still remains. A facility that mostly targets adult power-wielders has harmful goals and is quite through. What happens when they decide to prey on subjects that aren't exactly like the rest? (I don't own the cover image. However I own almost all the characters in this book and the world of Plead of the Flain.)
