When the war lasted 20 years, the Dragonets came. And when the war lasted 20 years, Queen Glory's reign over the RainWings began. With her reign, she gave the NightWing tribe a new home in exchange for one thing: their loyalty. Loyalty she asked, and loyalty she received. After an attempt at joining the rule of the legendary Darkstalker upon his return, almost all NightWings returned to the rainforest. While some remained on the talon peninsula, the rest of them enjoyed their time in the rainforest kingdom, and found Queen Glory a fair and just queen. Some moons passed, and over time it became more common to see hybrids of the two rainforest tribes, to the point that it had almost become an 8th tribe. The DawnWings, they began to be called. But then an incident occurs when the cartridge containing Hog and Scorched got affected by some kind of weird energy causing them to glitch uncontrollably until they pop into existence. Things just got a whole lot more complicated. Not only does Newt have a new girlfriend and despise Ella, but they have to deal with people like the Cranks that want to tear their heads off and other people like Esme and Liam. They have two weeks in the Scorch to find this 'safe haven' and get a cure for the Flare. It's insane, no pun intended, or so Ella thinks, but if it has to happen then she'll try to make the best of it but it's hard when she keeps having to see someone that she used to love and that used to love her for so long love someone else in addition to dealing with him wanting to rip people's heads off.
