After being revived from being a spectre, Hanzo is left with the sheer torment that came from it. This alternate universe is an universe where only Harumi managed to survive the attack of Bi-Han, leaving her in a position of grief, and ultimately bringing her to revive the Shirai-Ryu clan herself. As she did that, a Spectre Scorpion would always come to prevent this from happening, due to him being under the control of the sorcerer, Quan-Chi. Harumi, with the help of the God of Thunder himself, Raiden, allied with one another, and revived Hanzo from his vengeance stricken self. Now, Hanzo is trying his best to get past his child's death, and live a normal life with his wife.

With Shoa Kahn dead and Outworld's lost to Earthrealm, Quan Chi moves with his plan to free Shinnok but before he were to set his plan into action, scouts discovered the existence of a seventh realm, seeing opportunity. Quan Chi betrays Shinnok and plans his own invasion of Remnant, the seventh realm and its inhabitants. Once they all arrived, Nezu announced that a select few of Class 1-A as well as some guys from Class 1-B, to go with him, All Might, Aziawa, Recovery Girl, Present Mic, and Midnight to attend an event that required them to compete. Izumi was selected as one of those individuals, as Nezu said that she won't survive a second. When they arrive, the UA students see a lot of business men and women gathered, as well as some very tough looking individuals, all looking like they were ready to fight. But, Izumi then was looked down upon by a massive man who looked like he was about to fight her and kill, Nezu was enjoying it, as the UA Staff were about to get involved when... Izuku appeared. Right before her. Her big brother. Izuku is back, and he's not alone, with four other individuals, she along with UA, and some of her friends, join the tournament.
