With the races over, Sean and Puck are finally able to be together. Their life is able to continue but it is certainly not like it was before, it will never be the same. Whether life's better or not is hard to say, but one thing they have is freedom, and each other.

When your day to day life is handling the dreaded capaill uisce, nothing is more certain than death.

For a '16 holiday gift, I told my readers I would write one of the chapters of my published novel's from the point of view of a different character in the novel. There were several requests for the Scorpio Races (along with the other novels), and it had been awhile since I'd done something for Scorpio readers, so I've done an alternate chapter twenty-nine from the point of view of Finn, Puck's younger brother. This is the beginning of the Scorpio Festival, and it can be read in place of or alongside the publisher chapter twenty nine.

Tara Kendrick is the heir to a legacy of the legendary horses of Thisby. William Kelly is a young man who was born on the mainland; raised on Thisby, he's never been treated like a native. Under very different circumstances, they both acquire remarkably unusual capaill uisce, and each- for their own reasons- feel the need to prove themselves in the Scorpio Races.
