Amberle Foster has been in attendance at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters since her mutation made itself known. While she has always remained in the background of the growing academy, the recent defeat of Apocalypse has brought certain students to the fore front of attention. One of whom is a boy with lasers for eyes, Scott Summers. While Amberle must wear gloves to keep her abilities from non-consensually working on others, Scott faces a similar dilemma- he must wear specially crafted glasses to keep from blowing things up. The two would be considered complete opposites. "No running through the hallway!" I yelled as two boys ran past me. "Yes Professor." They said as they slowed down. I smiled as I shook my head and continued walking towards my class. "Professor there are two kids fighting at the pool." Rogue , one of my students, said softly. "Thank you for telling me." I said with a smile. "What is going on?" I asked as I made it to the pool and saw Bobby and John fighting. "He started it." John growled out. "Well I'm finishing it, class now or I will send you to the Professor's office." I ordered. "Yes Professor." Bobby said as he walked away. I smiled as I shook my head and walked to my class. "Mom!" A voice yelled. I smiled as I turned to see my five year old daughter run up to me. "Hello Sweetheart, what are you up to?" I asked as I picked her up. "Running from papa." She said with a giggle. I smiled as I saw my husband of twenty years walking towards us.

I don't know if you noticed but there seems to be a shortage of X Men books so I made my own I don't own any of the characters or actors (but like I kinda wish I do)

Now after, the world is mending as well as its saviors, and Charles Xavier's school is back intact, welcoming students everywhere. Some students a bit friendly than others. After warren and Laura's break up, Angel is ridiculed with what could have been between him and Laura vs his passionate feelings for scott snd what they could have led to if he had not pushed Scott away after Madelyn's attack. This comes to a boiling point when his anger is exacted onto Bobby.
