Moving around is not to the faith of heart but when you are Rachel Dawson it's the only think you can expect so why would she think going to beacon hills will end up being anymore different but (fortunately?) things change

A town in California called Beacon Hills was as normal as could be. Well, until something unexpected happened. Two joggers found a body in the woods. Which was learned by a teenage boy who took his friend out with him which definitely changed everyone's lives.
