The foundation's job is difficult, but according to them, necessary to aid humanity. But what happens when one of their highest ranking officers abandons his innocent and joking demeanor in favor of oppressed anomalies? This is a fanfic based on Newscapepro's SCP roleplay. It's been a few years since Trisha was sent to be executed after her incident at the facility, and now she's been trying to get SCP-096 to try and look at her friend, Dr. Harper, without him freaking out. But it hasn't been going well. One day Trisha gets word that they need her abilities for an expedition that Dr. Peters and Dr. Maynard are going on, which happens to be in the same area where she grew up in. Trisha agrees but worries that if she leaves 096 alone, he'll start getting worked up and may kill someone. She lets him know where she's going and promises to return to him soon. While on the trip, however, something comes up and something of Trisha's past returns to her. Can Trisha overcome the feelings and the memories? Or will she fall deep into a dark hole that will only be filled with darkness?
