The SCP Foundation is known for a great many things. Its dubious ethical practices, its Mobile Task Forces, several notorious researchers, the mysterious and powerful O-5 Council, D-Class being thrown at anomalies until they figure something out, and, of course, the anomalies themselves. There are a myriad of reports out there following the Foundation. However, have you ever wondered who handles the paperwork behind the scenes? The death reports? The personnel transfers?
