SCP Foundation is a paranormal organization that keeps the unusual in checks. Until one day... they can't anymore. When the first instance of a Hollow starts appearing, their alarm blares like crazy, and they tried their best to keep everything under control, but none of it was enough. There's no point in using mnestics to erase the memories of the people because Hollows are uncontainable and are too big to keep them in the dark. Not to mention, they lost some of their sites to this supernatural disaster also. And with that, the O5 Council decided to go public, about who they are and what they are, and promised their very best that they'll keep everything under control. Even then there are still things they keep tabs on like those who are important figures: First generation Void Hunters, Lady Sunbringer, Helios Academy and many more. More than a hundred years had passed, and a part of the Foundation is keeping tabs on a pair of siblings known as Phaethon: Belle and Wise.
