I've noticed that some people on Wattpad have... interesting SCP OCs? And I don't mean this in a bad way, not at all. Since none of these OCs are on the SCP Wikidot, it shouldn't matter how overpowered your SCP OC is if you're just creating them for fun. It doesn't matter how 'cringe' an OC is if it's not going to be used seriously. However, if you're going to roleplay on Wattpad (or anywhere really), it's normally frowned upon to have an overpowered or unrealistic OC. Here's a guide to making a decent SCP character, in the eyes of someone who likes to think he's well-versed in the fandom. (I'm probably not, I'm just a guy tryna sound cool and inflate my ego so that it's eventually the size of the omniverse and I'm the most self-righteous person on this earth, and on Jupiter.)
