Prologue: Isang grupo ng mga estudyante ang nagpunta sa isang liblib na lugar para sakanilang Retreat. Habang binabagtas nila ang kalsada papunta sa lugar na iyon, may nakaalitan silang taong grasa na bumasag ng windshield ng sinasakyan nilang Van. Nang nasa Retreat House na silang lahat, isang madugong trahedya ang magaganap. Isa sa kanilang mga kasama ang matatagpuang laslas ang leeg at wala ng buhay. Masusundan pa ito ng parehong insidente hanggang sa mangalahati ang grupo. Sino nga ba ang may intensyong patayin ang mga kasamahan nila? Ano ang posibleng motibo ng salarin sa pagpatay? Paano ito matatakasan ng mga natirang buhay? Paano nila lalabanan ang killer kung hindi nila alam ang totoong katauhan nito? Paano nila ililigtas ang kanilang mga buhay???!!!
