It has been more than 20 years since Scrappy Doo teamed up with the Daemon Ritus, a device with the ability to steal human souls to transform them into energy and turn whoever uses it into the new master of the universe, as long as whoever uses it use absorb a pure and sincere soul. A plan that transformed Scrappy into a powerful monster called Scrappy Rex, but when he was about to achieve it he did not count on Shaggy taking advantage of the fact that he was distracted as an opportunity to rip the Daemon Ritus from his chest and thus take away all the power he had. had won, transforming it into its original form. A puppy who has been in prison dreaming of being able to take revenge on the group, who not only continues to solve mysteries; He also acts as if he had never existed. All that hatred and resentment, which has lived in Scrappy's heart during these years, has been helping him to form a new plan with the aim of recovering the Daemon Ritus, only this time everything will be different. Now Scrappy works alone. He has been investigating the legends of the town that the Daemon Ritus created, as well as the activity of Mystery of the Order and everything he did wrong in his last plan to create a totally different one. In this new installment we will see Scrappy doing well everything that he did wrong the previous time in order to achieve his goal of dominating the world and eliminating Mystery and Order.
