Sam Carpenter leaves the city after the bloody events in New York, trying to sever all ties with the past once and for all. Tara and Mindy continue living with the aftermath of that massacre. Two years later, one of the city's most "deadly" clubs is roaring with Mia's birthday party and on that night, she becomes the new center of the story. She is the bait meant to lure Sidney out of her family sanctuary. A new Ghostface begins hunting her, his mask cracked by the past. He turns fear, trauma, and past crimes into a carefully staged spectacle, where behind the blood-soaked mask is not an imitator, but a new and far more personal threat. This time, an old legend collides with a new face of horror: while some killers follow the Ghostface canon, Blood Face acts separately harsher and more terrifying, as if trying to destroy the very idea of the "final girl."
