"What's your ultimate, unbreakable horror movie rule?" Something in my stomach twists. Maybe it's just embarrassment about sharing an opinion that they're likely to deem as laughable. Especially on a topic that matters so much to them. But if it was just that, would I care about how much closer Billy is than I realized? When did that happen? "Oh, she's getting shy about it," Stu teases, grinning in a way that's different than before. Sometimes I think they look at you like you're something to eat. Tatum's words flash to the front of my mind. I know she was joking, but my face still feels warm at the thought."Fine, but no laughing." Stu almost snorts. "That bad, huh?" I shoot a glare in his direction, but before I canshrink back, Billy lets his hand fall forward, fingertips brushing against my knee. "We'll be good, promise." "Okay, fine." I breathe, forcing myself to forget about the slight contact, "I think every scary movie needs a final girl." I drop my gaze, waiting for their ridicule. "You're right. Hi, thank you for viewing! By writing this story I wanted to create an alternative Scream universe set in our world, in the real city of Woodsboro, in 2023. The new Scream movie has just come out and it looks like someone's taking inspiration by it, going around and killing people, wearing a Ghostface costume. A group of friends gets involved in the mistery and decides to find out who the killer is. Who will make it to act three? I hope you enjoy this story and, remember, EVERYONE IS A SUSPECT.
