Snarky 22 year old Nevada Fitzgerald is a screenwriter for a upcoming big budget movie musical, City Lights. She doesn't have many friends except for her cat, Loki, and her best friend Claire, whom she met on set as she too is a screenwriter. Life is pretty good as she gets to do what she loves daily, write for movies, however her parents aren't behind her dreams and her career. Day by day it's the same thing over and over again until she meets the girl cast as the lead, Louisa Kennedy, the music industry's up and coming bubbly pop princess.
