Living at McDuck Manor, surrounded by one of the strangest families in Duckburg, Gogo spends her days building impossible inventions, getting dragged into dangerous expeditions, and pretending she doesn't have several emotional problems she's been avoiding for years. At least until ancient secrets begin resurfacing, old enemies emerge from the shadows, and mysteries connected to Duckburg's forgotten history start appearing one after another. FOWL should have ended. The whole family should have grown closer together. A little relief and more adventures, but the situation has gone worse by the tenth fold. Starting with Manny's disappearance. Lena slowly losses her magic and dreads the thought of never aging. Always stuck as a teen. Immortality. Louie's family slowly crumples as Donald, Dassy, and twins disappear from their trip. An enemy which Scrooge and Della kept a secret from him and his brothers. A new pawn forcibly placed on the chessboard as a boy who has lost it all would be caught in dangerous adventures.

After dealing with all of the problems that involves coping with the loss of their loved ones and finding enough clues for both mysteries (and after going through a few lighthearted adventures), the Duck family sets off to recover what they lost, declaring that no one will ever stop them! They met some new faces along the way, but one of Webby's new friends, Betty (the one girl duck that Webby met at the park back when she was coping), has been exhibiting strange behavior lately. Can the Duck family figure out what's going on until it's too late? And can they STILL find time to go through a few lighthearted adventures along the way? (Here comes a sequel to Solving Mysteries and Rewritng History and the second story of the beginning of my huge Duckverse! It's all coming together!)
