After the battle with Kronos, both pearl and Hunter went home to beacon hills to be with their family, for pearl it was Melissa and Scott, for hunter it was Natalie and Lydia, then with what happened with the Nogitsune taking over stiles body then Alison's death, Scott blamed stiles and that didn't sit well with pearl and hunter so all three of them left beacon hills and relocated in Quantico, Virginia p.s stiles, Alison,pearl and Hunter all were close friends and stiles is a spark, so you have a spark and two Demi gods all working as FBI agents. Also there's a supernatural division within the FBI, they all wanted to go into the BAU but with their supernatural sides, monsters attacking pearl and hunter (though the attacks slowed down) and Alison's death they couldn't join without her
