In which... A troubled girl named Aubrey Wachowski, who had lost her biological parents in a tragic accident, now lives in Montana, when an extra-terrestrial shows up in her life.

After finding a home with the Wachowskis on Earth, the hedgehog becomes quite comfortable with his life on Earth. He befriends a young girl named Leah, who currently holds an ancient necklace that has hidden powers with it. Unfortunately, Robotnik makes a return and plans to seek revenge on the hedgehog. Along the way, the two meet new friends as they go on a journey to search for the Master Emerald in order to stop Robotnik from possessing it. This book is based on the events of the second Sonic the Hedgehog film with some added material to it.
