They are a large family that runs cons on the people of New York City, and uses their profits to help those who need it in the surrounding area. Their methods may not be the most orthodox, but they do their best in the harsh life of 1920's New York. But with the police on their trail, will the Parrs maintain everything they have built through the generations?
