This story is a fan fiction of the Scythe trilogy by Neal Shusterman. Tiko Farfe is unhappy by the way he lives, he just started high school and already wants to end his life, however the only way you die is if a Scythe gleans you, but a Scythe rule is "you can never glean someone if they ask to be gleaned."

Based on a Scythe AU (book by Neal Shusterman) Well writing my character for a Scythe role play online I found myself wondering how beloved Annette became a therapist to a cast full of interesting scythes. Who was Annette before she was doctor Horseman? How could someone so positive be related to a witch of a sister?
