A free verse poem from my personal collection. I was inspired when reflecting on my childhood. I often combed the beaches near my grandparent's house with my grandmother, looking for pieces of sea glass to add to my collection. I was fascinated by the history of each piece--the stories told through their withered appearance. Thank you for checking it out!
