As Omega is up to his tricks again, this time, he goes to 7 islands called the Mer-Islands. As Titan tries to stop Omega, he gets a new form and power as Omega drains the power of the Chaos Sparks. Omega then awakens an ancient, dark sea god from the bottom of the ocean. Titan then meets a mermaid that he becomes friends with and journey through the Mer-Islands to bring the pieces of the Islands back into place, restore the Chaos Sparks and stop Omega before his evil plan is complete.
