The ocean, in all its vastness, and depth. The ocean is cold, and cruel. It's strong, wild, and untamed. It's beautiful, and calm. And it's song will entice you, if you listen. It's complex. But has always remained united by one heart. A heart dark, in its solitude. And dangerous in its wake. It was predictably unpredictable. Until it happened. Until the day came that nothing would ever be the same again. The day the ocean fell in love. This is Stray Kids x Reader, self insert, fantasy story. Heavy on the Chan x Reader at the start, which changes to Stray Kids x Reader later on. WARNINGS: Spice, mild violence/blood, some frightening scenes, language. BACKGROUND: The inspiration for this story is actually based on my personal experiences and my childhood, which I guess takes a little mystery away from me. Still, I hope you guys enjoy. So far you know I've written stories based off my dreams, pepper spraying myself in the face, and little incidences that have happened. Now you get something deeper. The sea and the sky shared water freely with one another until the sky began to hoard the water. Enraged and a little afraid of being destroyed by having no water, the sea lashed out at the sky. Where the sea wounded the sky, clouds formed. Where the sky struck the sea, islands formed. The sea created gods to fight its battles, and the gods created humans. Generations have passed since the sea and sky were last at war, but the peace is fragile. Anahera, a Nanupuni Islander, simply wants to fit in to the island's society despite being a woman and having a different appearance than everyone else. Her place in that society rests on her ability to find a mate and bear children. Anahera must overcome these barriers to unlock her true potential, maybe uncover a few secrets, and prevent war from destroying her home.

The demon god Balthozar or as many knew him by the name Aslan, the Lemurian God, was a being that most tried to avoid with a serious haste in their step. A purebred beast bred with no other desire than to war and destroy or protect depending on what time of the day his mood had him in.
