As a baby, Kiera's mother sold her to a fisherman. Her brother, Sebastian, never stopped searching for her, one day discovering the ship she was sold to. Recklessly, he steals her and runs away, not without discovering the dangers of the sea, monsters, and pirates intent on pilfering treasure.

I have been living with Viggo Grimborn on the water for years. What was once sheltering and relocating dragons became trapping and selling, and as soon as Heather brought on board with her a way out, I find myself in much more complex currents than before. It isn't until I become acquainted with this rowdy gang of dragon riders that I might begin to find balance. This story will cover RTTE's major plot points (+ some original episodes), two original arcs, and prospectively the second and third sequels. Sorta slow burn romance. Your dragon is technically a Flightmare (cause I thought it would be cool) but it's really not all that important to the story most of the time. Constructive criticism is appreciated. I hope you enjoy this story, I think it has some really good moments!!

Expecting a challenge, she braced herself. But as she drove past the familiar stretch of coastline, she spotted the entrance to the Bolsa Chica beach lot glistening like a small victory. She turned in, paid the fee, and found a space just a few steps from the sand. Perfect, she thought, grabbing her beach bag. The salty breeze wrapped around her as she walked toward SeaLegs at the Beach. Music drifted through the air-soft, lazy tunes that mixed beautifully with crashing waves. Families set up umbrellas, surfers jogged by with boards under their arms, and the whole beach buzzed with easygoing energy. SeaLegs appeared ahead, a little oasis of shade, cocktails, and sunshine. Maya ordered a drink, settled into her chair, and let the moment wash over her. Finding parking had been the only thing she worried about-and even that had turned out better than expected. As the afternoon mellowed into a golden sunset, she realized something simple but true: sometimes the smoothest days begin with the smallest wins. Bolsa Chica parking had guided her right into one of her most relaxing days in a long time. And as she walked back to her car at dusk, she knew she'd be returning soon.
