Waves crashing and lapping, pushing and pulling. Every once in a while, a moment of calm. Scientists believe the motions of the water are from "the rotations of the Earth" or "pulls from the moon". But I know that these are all excuses, ways to hide how little these "geniuses" understand about the world. I alone, out of all living mortals, understand that GODS rule this world, not scientific forces that some "intelligent" person came up with.

I am a young aspiring writer and I just quit job as a journalist and now working two part-jobs as a cashier at both a food place and retail place in my small town just to pay bills and rent. It has been a year and nothing has changed except for a 30 cent raise in one of the jobs and a side hustle of pet sitting. I am turning 25 and have saved a lot of money so I decide to take a trip to Hawaii to find inspiration for the writing I truly want to pursue!

This story begins in 2020, an innocent summer love between teenagers. Ashley meets Guilhem in a pub next to the sea, they fall in love there. But eventually, Ashley will have to go home, and home is really far. But what would you do if you knew you met the one ? Today the story isn't over, I know it, because it is mine. And I keep finding him on my way. I still think he's the one, and I still hope i could become his again. This is hard to write, but this is us, And I will love him forever.
