Hi. I feel like there is an absence of story focused fanfiction for Life is Strange on Wattpad. I'm all for fluffy stories that make you giggly and feel good, but every once a while I want to read a well written story that can stand it's own ground in the LiS canon. A story which stays true to Life is Strange roots whilst introducing new characters and maintaining old ones. A story which stays mainly devoid of any grammatical or typo errors (youre not your!). I hope to try and replicate all of mentioned above. Wattpad may not have the audience for such a story, but I hope I can appeal to a few readers and that my story can grow to a few hundred readers. I also encourage comments if possible- whether it be reactions or criticism, I don't mind! So my story, what is it about? My story is about a Laura Beckett, who in the year 2017 (aged 20) lives in New York City in a small apartment struggling to pay her bills. After finishing her computer science degree a year earlier, she moved from the city of Durham, NC to the bustling city of New York (against her parent's wishes). Laura comes from a home of possessive parents, so leaving Durham became a significant stepping stone in her new life. Alone and with almost no financial support, she meets Max Caulfield in her ventures and realised that they were floormates. As they are roughly of the same age, Laura becomes fast acquaintances with the Washington State photographer before she too gets sucked into her personal troubles. An explosive accident sends Laura four years back in time to the sleepy town of Arcadia Bay. There, her own knowledge of the past is shattered as timelines change forever. Stuck in her 17 year old self, she is forced into the mystery that is of student disappearances and into Max and Chloe's lives. I plan to write 25 - 30 chapters with intervals every 5-6 chapters. I woke up from yet another nightmare about Daniel. It's always a different but it always ends the same, Daniel tells me how scared he is and then he dies. The worry is killing me. I know he can defend himself but he's just a kid and he's all alone out there. And it's my fault. I should never have agreed to that heist. But we needed that money. If we only had opened up the safe without his powers. Maybe if we had carried it out? Or used a crowbar? I don't know... But it's to late now, it's not like time traveling is possible. Just telekinesis apparently... Please note that this is my version is how I wanted "life is strange 2" to end. So if you haven't played the game but want to read I suggest you do that first, or go watch some gameplay on YouTube.
