An Academy Fan-fiction, in which we explore a life where Sang Sorenson got to live the dream, alongside living a nightmare. Sang Sorenson lives two lives: During the school year, Sang lives with her doting Mama and her brusque Papa. During the summer's though, those are the days Sang dreads. The summers are when Sang lives with a sharp-tongued 'mother', a mean jealous sister, and a creepy 'father.' ~~~ Auroura Diana is worried. Due to a breach in a morality clause in her surrogate contract, Auroura Diana lost full custody of her daughter and has to share her special little girl with the Sorenson's. Auroura knows something is going on in the Sorenson's home, because her sweet shy daughter comes back every summer with a little less glimmer and shine....and she's sick to her stomach imagining why. So, she gets in contact with some friends and asks for a favor in exchange for a favor. And in the process, she sets her daughter up to meet the soul mates Sang was always meant to have. A sweet, short story of unconventional romance and what-if's. The Academy character's are not mine, but are instead owned by the talented and amazing C.L. Stone. Then, who's Daphne?' ~~~ It's hard being a medium- and Sang Sorenson would know. Her childhood was full of creepy ghosts and abusive parents, along with a long dead grandma coming along for the ride. Once Sang turned 18, she fled her abusive household, moving across the country to the Pacific Northwest (with her dead Nana in tow), setting her sights on becoming a journalist. Now, she's 23, a recent graduate from college, living in Midnight, Washington, and she couldn't be happier... Until her house gets possessed by an evil entity. Once realizing she's way over her head, her best friend (and witch) Fiji puts her in touch with the Blackbourne Institute of the Paranormal, or BIP for short. What Sang is hoping for is a group of badass ghost hunters who will hopefully rid her house of all the evil ghosties (and hopefully leaving her Nana intact). What Sang gets instead is a group of nine, gorgeous and mysterious men and... love? This will be a mix of the Academy with the Black Tapes Podcast, Scooby Doo, Midnight, Texas, and a tad bit of the X-Files later on.

Samantha Saville ain't one bit of an ordinary girl. Not even close. She's surrounded by plenty of brothers, older and younger.
