it's october and i still love you.

The characters and names are based off of a story I am writing and this was inspired by the song Sea Of Love and a video on YouTube. So yeah.

There was a girl named Emily. As she walked along the beach, the warm sand between her toes, Emily felt the weight of her past slowly lifting. The sound of the waves, the cry of seagulls, and the salty scent of the ocean filled her senses, calming her mind. That's when she saw him - a stranger, standing at the water's edge, gazing out at the horizon. There was something about him that drew her in, a sense of quiet introspection that resonated deeply with her. As she approached, he turned, their eyes meeting in a flash of connection. Emily felt her heart skip a beat as he smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Hi," he said, his voice low and smooth. "I'm Jack." Emily's voice caught in her throat, but she managed a smile. "I'm Emily." They stood there for a moment, the only sound the waves lapping at the shore. Then Jack gestured to the ocean. "Want to walk with me?" he asked. Emily nodded, and they set off along the beach, the sea stretching out before them like an endless blue horizon. As they walked, they talked - sharing stories, laughter, and tears. Emily felt a connection with Jack she couldn't explain, a sense of belonging she'd never experienced before. The sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the ocean. Jack took Emily's hand, his fingers intertwining with hers. "I feel like I've known you my whole life," he said, his eyes locked on hers. Emily's heart soared. "I know exactly what you mean," she replied. As the stars began to twinkle overhead, Jack pulled Emily close, his lips brushing against hers in a soft, gentle kiss. The sea lapped at their feet, a soothing melody that seemed to match the rhythm of their hearts. In that moment, Emily knew she'd found her soulmate - her sea of love, her forever haven.
