When Julianna finished medical school she stayed in New York for a while, not knowing what to do until she got offered a job at Seattle Grace. All Delaine Sheppard has ever wanted is to help people. She quickly discovered that the best way to do that was to become a Doctor. Or, more specifically, to become a surgical intern at Seattle Grace Hospital.
