College junior EJ Caswell has been living in New York for two years now. When the shower in his apartment breaks and his cousin offers to let him use the shower at her place. As he's about to take a shower, he hears a voice coming from one of the apartments next door singing a song and finds himself joining in. "As they sung the last line together, EJ was startled by a thought. He couldn't remember the last time he had sung. At least not sung like this: carefree and with a talented partner. It was probably back in high school. And it suddenly hit him just how much he had missed it. How much he had missed giving his best and singing his heart out together with someone who obviously had just as much fun with it as he was having. This woman on the other side of the wall definitely sounded like it wasn't her first time singing with a partner either." Their shower duets quickly become one of the highlights of his day. But the question remains: who is this mysterious singer with the amazing voice?

Nina and Ricky were rivals since they could remember. Everyone knew the two hated each other. You couldn't even put them in a room together for more than two minutes without an argument striking. And their relationship didn't any better when she became his tutor. But then came a blizzard. Snow covered everything. Not a patch of green showed. Nobody dared to move, and those who were caught in the storm had to sit around and wait for help. It was safe to say that nobody was stupid enough to leave their home, school, or work. But Nini's not like other people. She realized that she left her phone at Ricky's house when she was tutoring him. And when she wants something, she doesn't let anything stop her. What happens to the characters off screen in between episodes. I feel like there are some plot lines and character relationships that appear developed pretty quickly and I thought I'd do some digging into their background. All canon relationships remain but I might explore headcannon sexualities (after all these are theatre kids) (Disclaimer: I love the show and this isn't to diss on it)

This story focuses on the students of East High (mostly EJ and Gina) throughout finding love for each other and going through the motions of their relationships. Along with teachers, their home lives and trying to put on multiple theater productions a year. What could go wrong?
