A short story with a thrill

This is a poem I wrote in my creative wring class over a year ago. It was meant for someone who is like another mom to me, someone who is my spiritual mom and has always treated me as her own. Our relationship has grown over the past few years even more than before. Beautifully Broken is her foundation and is something that helped me in a really bad time. I now work with her in this foundation to try and do the same for others. I could do some revising to this, but I had only revised it once. I am unsure which version I like better, but it could use some work. I just never touched it again after my class was over until now. I could ALWAYS use honest feedback. I am not much of a poem writer, but trying to start small, so I just wanted to add something I already have.
