The only light illuminating us were the nearby fires and the moonlight. I stared at the person I thought I knew best, the person who wouldn't be so... evil. "I made excuses for you," I said, in such a low whisper that nobody could hear over the muffled yells far away; I couldn't believe that the person in front of me was the person that I trusted with my life, she smiled coldly at me "Dahlia, I never said that I wasn't bad. Being an oracle is... not considered a type of good magic, is it?" Astoria took a step closer to me, twirling her hands and making blue sparks appear. "Y-you knew.. that this would happen? Weren't you who told me that the future can be changed? Why didn't you, Astoria?" I yelled at her, my right hand gripping the hilt of the sword, I felt as though my heart was ripped out. She stared up at the stars, "Look, sunshine, I was always hidden away from the public. I was in the capital all my life and then, I got sent into an orphanage. Why? Because-" I cut her off, "Because you're an oracle, Astoria, I know very well," I snarled at her. ---------------------------------------- Sunniva Dahlia Ambrose is the younger daughter of Count Alexander of Fiorehaven. The Mistspire Jewels have lit up after sixteen years, the Empire of Montzieu are rejoicing for their new rulers. The Seer of Montzieu has foreseen Lord Issac Sebastian Throne and a daughter of Count Alexander of Fiorehaven to rule the empire. The non-specified daughter led to several rumours throughout the capital until finally, Lady Celeste has decided that she shall accompany Lord Issac Sebastian Throne in ruling the empire, though her sister would be in her place sometimes. Many months pass by and no difficulties have blocked them until, suddenly the people of Duskkeep decide to send Dusk Bombs, declaring war on them. Will Dahlia keep calm and work her way through and survive? Or should she have to face a decision that will cause two to hurt?

I don't really update this story much. I'm really bad at age ratings but I'd suggest 12 or 13+.
