Update 3-7-19: From now on, I will be going through each chapter and changing the tenses(?). Currently my story is in present tense as I wanted something similar to Hunger Games where it feels like you are with the story. However, I feel it does not do it justice how I truly want it, so I will be reverting it to the normal. Hopefully this doesn't cause much of a disturbance to it or to you, dear readers. Further updates will be on my page, possibly in comments, or extra chapters. This is a work in progress. Phoenix wakes up in the middle of a forest at night with no memories of who he is, where he's from or how he got there. He panics and runs through the trees while his body is still forming from a rebirth only to stumble into an old tavern. When he regains consciousness he finds out he's a phoenix but that's all he learns. We then follow him as he works on getting his memories back which eventually lead him to The Tower. Thinking he's found a safe place where he can be among his kind, he finally recovers all of his memories and finds out his murder's are there at The Tower. Exacting his revenge on them for killing him and his mate he is soon marked as a Fallen Phoenix and must go into hiding.

This is a collection of both long and short poems mixed together. They are the product of inner struggles, confusion, longing, happiness and love put together into words of expression. They were written down when my hands were itching and I had to pick up my pen to spill the contents of my heart out on the paper. Hope you enjoy!

PLEASE READ BEFORE READING STORY!!! Honestly, I don't have much of a plan of where this is going to go. But it's about me. My life. My experiences. My mistakes. My regrets. There will be some triggers for some people. If you're sensitive to talk about abuse, sexual assault, drugs, depression or someone else trauma triggering yours then I don't recommend reading. I will go into detail about my experiences with these things. I will go into detail about my sex addiction and how/why it started after what I went through. I will also talk about my journey into self love. Self care. Mental health before I took meds and after I flushed my meds. My life story isn't for everyone. It's sad. Traumatic. But I also find my way. I'm STILL finding my way. But if you want to read as I write, you'll hear about the good too. How having my son changed me more then I could've ever imagined. How I fell in love with someone I never thought I was deserving of and merged our little families. How I was able to, not forget, but learn to live with my past. How I was able to forgive others for the pain they caused me then how I was able to forgive myself for the pain I caused myself. How I am rebuilding my relationship with God and my faith. I'm hoping my story can help others know they're worth more then what others make them think they are. I hope I can help some people see signs of abuse. Or signs of past trauma they haven't confronted yet. I spent so many years blaming myself. Blaming God for all the bad I've been through. Looking at myself in disgust and wishing I was anyone else but, me. It's an everyday struggle but I'm better then I was. **And I will be changing names because I have not asked for permission to use their real names (nor will I). But that's the only things that's "made up".
